BS ROLLEN

BS Rollen is a family-owned manufacturer of wheels and castors based in the Bergisches Land region of Germany. For over 30 years the company has developed and produced components that move, carry, rotate and stop loads across industry, from furniture and shopfitting to intralogistics, medical devices and heavy transport.

BS Rollen offers one of the broadest ranges in the sector, with a catalogue of more than 12,000 products. This covers swivel and fixed castors, a full range of wheels in rubber, polyurethane, TPU, plastic and cast iron, and conveying technology including ball transfer units, roller conveyors and conveyor rollers. Alongside standard lines the company develops custom wheels and castors to specific customer and market requirements.

The range includes hard-wearing running surfaces in PU, TPU and PA, with heavy-duty options carrying loads of up to 750kg. BS Rollen also produces Besothane castors, an improved polyurethane that gives lower rolling and start-up resistance than standard PU, along with stainless steel castors for hygiene-critical settings such as commercial kitchens, bakeries and medical environments.

BS Rollen supplies customers across Germany and the wider European market, backed by distribution warehousing that supports a 24-hour delivery service on standard stock. Over 3,000 square metres of storage and a modern order-management system keep lead times short and supply reliable.
