Foot operated brake that locks both swivel and wheel simultaneously.

The hardness of the tread is 85° Shore A.
Bolted wheel axle.
Reasonable rolling resistance and low operating noise. Very good floor preservation and non-marking.
Good chemical resistance except to oils.
