Parnells stocks a full range of industrial wheels including polyurethane, nylon, rubber, cast iron, phenolic resin, and pneumatic wheels. Sizes range from 50mm up to 400mm+ diameter, suitable for trolleys, machinery, AGVs, and heavy-duty material handling equipment.
Polyurethane and nylon wheels are best for smooth concrete and resin floors, they're hard-wearing and floor-friendly. Rubber wheels suit uneven surfaces and offer shock absorption. Cast iron handles heavy loads and hot environments but can damage softer floors. Pneumatic wheels are ideal for outdoor and rough terrain.
Our wheels range from light-duty (under 50kg) right up to heavy industrial wheels rated 5,000kg+ per wheel. For exceptionally heavy applications, we can supply solutions up to 50,000kg total load when fitted in castor assemblies.
Yes. We supply standalone wheels for replacing worn units on existing castor assemblies, trolleys, and equipment. Just confirm the wheel diameter, bore size, hub length, and bearing type — or send us a photo and we'll match it.
