Foot operated brake that locks both swivel and wheel simultaneously.

The hardness of the tread is 85° Shore A.
Bolted wheel axle.
Reasonable rolling resistance and low operating noise. Very good floor preservation, non-marking, but thermoplastic rubber contains traces of oil and may make stains on absorbent floors.
Good chemical resistance to many substances.
