The shaft is 35x35mm square, 200mm long (solid steel) with rounded edges for ease of fitment.
Weight capacity is 750kg per pair.
The tread is a combined vertical and block pattern giving enhance grip on and off road.
Excellent water dispersion and hydroplaning resistance.
Good heat dissipation and grip with quiet driving performance at high speeds.
Hitch Specifications:
750kg pressed steel hitch, high quality zinc plated finish,
Sits over 50x50mm box section, fixing is by 2x M12x70mm bolts
(bolts & lock nuts are provided with this kit).
These hitches are made according to the guidelines of Regulation 55 of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
These hitches may be coupled only with class A ball hitch couplings (Ø50).
The reliability of the coupling heads has been confirmed by renowned and independent institution: DEKRA Automobil GmbH in Germany.
In order to ensure even greater safety, each coupling head is equipped with a lock to prevent the mechanism from opening.
Steelpress hitches ensure free head tilting up to 20° below and above the horizontal plane and by 25° in each direction from the vertical plane.
